By accessing or using Ginormous Playground ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ginormous Playground is an AI-powered idea validation platform that helps entrepreneurs evaluate business ideas through scoring, market research, and validation experiments. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scores, insights, and reports based on user-provided data.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Access is currently invite-only—you may only create an account if you have received a valid invite code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including business ideas, descriptions, and founder profile information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content with AI providers in order to deliver the Service's features (scoring, research, validation).

5. AI Disclaimers

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scores, research, and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, business, or professional advice.
• Idea scores and assessments are informational tools, not guarantees of success or failure.
• AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to manipulate AI outputs through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or similar techniques.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

Ginormous Playground and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ginormous Playground and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit. AI-generated outputs (scores, reports, insights) are provided for your use but do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying models or platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ginormous Playground shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

You acknowledge that business decisions are inherently risky and that you use AI-generated scores and recommendations at your own risk. We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on information provided by the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
