Account Data

Email address and display name, provided through Google sign-in or email registration.

Profile Data

Founder profile information you voluntarily provide, including skills, experience, industries of interest, and available resources.

Idea Data

Business idea names and descriptions that you submit for evaluation.

Generated Data

AI-generated scores, research reports, and validation insights produced by the platform based on your inputs.

Usage Data

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that collects aggregate page view data. It does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the Service: We process your profile and idea data to generate AI-powered scores, research, and validation experiments.
• To improve the platform: We use aggregate, anonymized usage data to understand how the Service is used and to improve features.
• To communicate with you: We may send you service-related communications such as account notifications and updates.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

To provide scoring, research, and validation features, your data (including founder profile information and business idea descriptions) is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Our current AI providers include:

• Google (Gemini)
• OpenAI
• Anthropic (Claude)

These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We do not use your data to train AI models—we are consumers of AI APIs, and your data is sent only as needed to generate responses for you.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your data.
• AI providers: User data is shared with third-party AI providers as described above, solely to deliver the Service.
• Infrastructure providers: We use Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) for data storage and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process data as part of delivering their services to us.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

6. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including Firebase Authentication for account security, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and access controls on our data stores. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
